Moving
When you move into or out of the building, please submit a change of address notification to us! Based on your notification, we record the residents’ information in the building register.
Remember to also submit a change of address notification to your housing company’s maintenance team, as they maintain the building registers for potential key issues and, if desired, can change the names on the exterior door and the building directory. Additionally, you must also notify the Digital and Population Data Services Agency about the move.

This change of address notification does not replace the obligation to submit an official change of address. The official notification must be made to the Post Office/Magistrate.
Please note that it is not possible to terminate a lease agreement with this form; that must be done separately to the landlord.
Please also include the email addresses and phone numbers of the adults moving in (or out) for important messages.
