Notice of Move

When you move into or out of the building, please submit a change of address notification to us! Based on your notification, we record the residents’ information in the building register.

Remember to also submit a change of address notification to your housing company’s maintenance team, as they maintain the building registers for potential key issues and, if desired, can change the names on the exterior door and the building directory. Additionally, you must also notify the Digital and Population Data Services Agency about the move.

  • Please note that terminating the lease agreement is not possible through this form; it must be done separately with the landlord.
  • Please provide the email addresses and phone numbers of all adults for communication purposes.
  • This change of address notification does not replace making the statutory change of address notification. The official change of address notification must be submitted to Posti (Finnish postal service) / Maistraatti (Finnish Digital and Population Data Services Agency)
