Property management on both sides of Lahti

Our second office on Vuorikatu handles property management for the Päijät-Häme regional center area. We offer our customers worry-free property ownership – taking care of both productivity and sustainability.
We are particularly familiar with the needs and mindset of property and housing company owners, commercial property owners, property investors, and public sector actors. After all, we are focused on serving larger customers in particular.
With Oiva’s property manager, we have gained a wealth of expertise and experience to assist in the management of our housing company, which has surprisingly led to many ‘aha’ moments for us.
