Oiva already has an office in Pori. With this business acquisition, even more residents from Pori, as well as a group of residents from Rauma and Eurajoki, will have access to Oiva’s services.
The transaction was concluded on October 24, 2023, regarding OP Koti Länsi-Suomi’s current customers’ property management services, will not have an immediate impact. Services will continue as per the existing agreements in the current offices, and the property’s own property manager will continue to work closely with the board. OP Länsi-Suomi and OP Koti Länsi-Suomi will focus on providing and developing financial services, real estate sales, and leasing services in Satakunta.
