Who leads Oiva?

Oiva Property Management was founded in 2021 out of a passion to reform property management. Oiva’s goal is to ensure that everyday life runs smoothly and the value of properties flourishes.

Oiva invests in transparent, uncomplicated local management of properties and aims for a future of property management that utilizes modern digital tools. The main owner of Oiva is Intera Partners, along with minority owners including the executive management and leaders of Oiva’s local offices across Finland.

Jussi Niemelä takes over the leadership of Oiva

Jussi Niemelä started as the new CEO of Oiva Property Management on October 1st, 2023.

For the past two years, he has been the CEO of DEN Group Oy. Previously, Niemelä has worked as the CEO for the Delete and Kotikatu groups, among others. He has over a decade of experience in growing and leading private equity-owned companies.
